End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is between you and InnoSoft Group, the publisher of Flight Status & Tracking. By installing or using the extension, you agree to this agreement.

1. License

InnoSoft Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Flight Status & Tracking browser extension for personal, non-commercial use in supported browsers.

2. Extension Functionality

The extension may provide flight-status, flight-tracking, and search-related features through your browser. It may adjust browser search behavior or direct certain flight-related requests to third-party services.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the extension.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the extension source code except where allowed by law.
Use the extension for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Interfere with the extension, its servers, attribution systems, or browser store distribution.

4. Third-Party Services

The extension may interact with third-party websites, browser stores, flight tracking services, and search providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

5. Privacy

Your use of the extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the extension at any time. Browser store updates may be delivered automatically by your browser.

7. Disclaimer

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the extension.

9. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may terminate or suspend access to the extension if this agreement is violated or if the extension is discontinued.
