InnoSoft Group ("we," "us," or "our") publishes Flight Status & Tracking, a browser extension and the website at flightstatustracking.com (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected through the Services, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and Browser Permissions

The extension is designed to operate with the minimum browser permissions needed for its disclosed flight-status and search-related features. It does not request access to your saved passwords or your complete browsing history, and it does not read browser cookies for advertising purposes.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact and support information, such as your name, email address, and the contents of a message when you choose to contact us.

Basic Technical, Attribution, and Usage Information

• Basic user-agent information, such as browser type and version, operating system, device type, extension version, language, and timestamps.
• Referrer or campaign parameters when available, and install, uninstall, activation, and similar lifecycle events.
• Interactions with the extension's flight-status features and basic diagnostics, such as feature events, error information, and performance data.

Website Cookies and Advertising Information

Our website and third-party advertising providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies. These technologies may process browser or device information, ad and page interactions, cookie or advertising identifiers, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

We do not intentionally capture or retain IP addresses in our own analytics systems. However, an IP address must ordinarily be transmitted when a device connects to a website or online service. Hosting, security, network, browser-store, and advertising providers, including Google, may temporarily process IP addresses to deliver and secure their services, prevent invalid traffic, comply with law, and derive a general location. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Information We Do Not Collect Through the Extension

We do not use the extension to collect saved passwords, authentication cookies, financial information, health information, precise location, personal communications, or a record of websites you visit outside the extension's disclosed features. We do not use or transfer extension-derived data for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.

3. How We Use Information and Our Legal Bases

• Provide, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
• Measure installs, uninstalls, attribution, aggregate use, and performance.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• Protect the Services, prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic, and enforce our terms.
• Comply with applicable law and browser-store requirements.

Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to provide a service you request, with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, measuring, and improving the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. Advertising cookies and personalized advertising are used only with consent where applicable law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time through the consent or privacy controls made available on the website.

4. Google Advertising and Third-Party Advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this website and other sites on the Internet. Third-party vendors and ad networks may also place or read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to collect information as a result of ad serving on the website.

Learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of certain participating companies' interest-based advertising through YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalized advertising does not prevent all ads; ads may instead be contextual or non-personalized, and technologies may still be used for security, fraud prevention, frequency controls, and aggregate measurement where permitted.

Google and any other enabled ad technology providers may process information under their own privacy policies. The particular providers available through Google advertising services may change. Google provides additional information about ad technology providers.

5. Consent and Privacy Signals

Where required, visitors are given a choice before non-essential advertising or measurement technologies are used. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, required consent choices for Google advertising are handled through a Google-certified consent management platform. Consent can be changed or withdrawn through the same privacy controls. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Where applicable law requires it, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. We may ask Google to use restricted data processing or serve non-personalized or limited ads in response to applicable choices.

6. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed single purpose and related security, reliability, support, and measurement. We do not use or transfer that data for personalized advertising, creditworthiness or lending, or purposes unrelated to the extension's disclosed functionality. We do not allow humans to read extension user data except with the user's affirmative agreement for a specific item, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

7. When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We may disclose limited information:

• To vendors that provide hosting, security, analytics, support, browser-store, flight-information, search, and advertising services, subject to appropriate restrictions.
• When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; protect rights, safety, and security; or investigate fraud and abuse.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
• With your direction or consent.

Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include making cookie or advertising identifiers available to advertising partners for personalized ads, even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Sections 4, 5, and 10. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link or direct requests to browser stores, flight-information providers, search providers, and other third-party websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the third party's privacy practices.

9. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of the information, the reason it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and whether it can be deleted or aggregated. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Personal and sensitive information transmitted by the extension must be sent using secure transport encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

• Extension controls: You may stop future extension collection by uninstalling it from your browser at any time.
• Cookie and ad choices: Use the website's consent or privacy controls, the advertising opt-out links in Section 4, or a legally recognized browser opt-out signal where applicable.
• Privacy requests: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling.

To exercise a right, email [email protected] and describe your request. We may need to verify your request using information reasonably related to it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to proof of authority and identity verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. U.S. State Privacy Notice

Depending on your interaction with the Services, the categories of personal information we may have collected in the preceding 12 months are identifiers (such as an email address you provide and cookie or advertising identifiers), Internet or other electronic activity (such as basic user-agent, extension event, page, ad, and diagnostic information), and approximate geolocation that a service provider may derive from an IP address. We collect these categories from you, your device, the extension, advertising and analytics providers, and browser stores for the purposes described in Section 3. We disclose them to the service-provider and advertising categories described in Section 7. We do not intentionally collect or store IP addresses in our own analytics systems.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information. The choices and request methods in Sections 4, 5, and 10 apply to eligible U.S. residents.

12. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, knowingly use their information for personalized advertising, or knowingly sell or share their personal information. A child under 13 should not provide personal information through the Services.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent, we will delete it as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion and to prevent further collection. Where we know that an ad request must receive child- or age-restricted treatment, we apply the appropriate Google age-treatment setting and do not serve personalized ads.

13. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. Privacy protections and government access rules may differ by country.

14. Do Not Track

Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Services may not respond to them. We honor Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out signals where required, as described in Section 5.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
